GENERAL:

1. The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed prior.
2. I might post your finished commission on my socials (unless asked to beforehand).
3. You cannot change, modify, edit, or use my works without my permission. Unless for icon, header, etc with proper credit!
4. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I do not have to provide a reason why, but I will give notice!
5. I cannot make a refund due to difficulties with sanctions(PayPal is blocked in Russia), so before making a payment, make sure that you definitely want to place an order!
6. The art I create for you cannot be used for training an AI. Breaking this will result in blacklisting from me and possibly other artists. The same to be said for NFTs.
7. Allowed 3 free edits. For subsequent edits, the surcharge is $2 per one. Edits are made only at the sketch stage. Edits are not accepted after starting work with the lineart.
8. It is allowed to book the slot within 3 days with the payment of a penalty in the amount of 15% of the order price. If the reservation was overdue, I keep the penalty for myself, but I do not take the order.
9. I can share spoilers of my work on my social networks (including any broadcasts of the process), unless privacy has been agreed in advance.
10. Even if you are not satisfied with the result of my work, it is forbidden to contact other artists with art so that they can make art based on it/refine it.

PAYMENT:

11. Payments will be made through my Hipolink primarily (Paypal, Card) as a donation
12. Backing out on a commission (before payment is sent) will not result in any issues as long as you communicate with me!
13. I will initiate the transaction to avoid issues. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission!
14. Turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks but may be affected by your place on the waiting list and the complexity of the piece.
15. I start work only after full prepayment.
